Mr. M. Peter Neumann – Partner & CEO
Mr. M. Peter Neumann has more than 34 years of institutional financial, commodity and global trading experience, having held senior leading roles in the sales and trading groups at two top tier firms and working within the commodities and commodity linked structures sectors. Over Mr. Neumann’s career, he was responsible for risk management, portfolio allocations, trading and product integration across multiple asset classes and was an integral part of leading and achieving firm revenue, business development, and league table ranking goals.
Peter has been a Founding Partner & CEO at Chrome Strategies Management LLC since 2015 and has been President of MPN Advisory, a risk management consulting firm, since 2012. Peter retired from Wall Street as Executive Director, Head of Americas OTC Metals sales team at JP Morgan Chase from 2007 to 2012. Post the acquisition of JP Morgan & Co, by Chase Manhattan Corporation in 2000, from 2000 to 2007, Peter was responsible for OTC coverage of the merged North American Metals & Mining client group as Vice President of JP Morgan Chase. From 1989 to 2000, Mr. Neumann was the Associate Vice President for the North American Metals team at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co., a division of JP Morgan Bank.
Peter was also an Associate at Morgan Guaranty Trust Co. from 1988 to 1989. Prior to 1988, Mr. Neumann worked as a Trader at Philip Brothers, Inc., a division of Salomon Brothers, from 1985 to 1987, and was responsible for overall market making in the silver market for the firm’s New York trading business. Previous positions at Philip Brothers, Inc., were as an Assistant Trader from 1982 to 1984, as Assistant Precious Metals Operations Manager from 1980 to 1982, and his career start as a Summer Clerk from 1975 to 1979.
Mr. Neumann has sat on numerous Advisory Boards, including the New York Commodity Exchange and The Copper Club. He has served on the Board of Directors at Belleayre Music Conservatory since 2002 and currently holds the title of Treasurer.
Peter graduated with a B.A. in both Economics and History from the State University of NY at Stony Brook in 1980. He lives with his wife and children in Stamford, Connecticut and is an avid motorcar collector and enthusiast.
Mr. Steve Linden – Partner & CIO
Mr. Steve Linden has more than 37 years of experience and expertise as an internationally recognized expert in vintage & collector motorcar: appraisals, valuations, inspections, pre purchase consulting, exportation and expert witness. Mr. Linden is the Founder of his namesake consulting firm from 1990 to present. His company currently provides multi-tiered consulting and services to: collectors, hnw / uhnw individuals, enthusiasts, law firms, insurance companies, corporations and state & federal government entities in all matters related to vintage & collector motorcars. From 1990 to present, Mr. Linden has also served as a qualified expert witness in matters related to valuation / diminished value, export, repairs and restoration.
From 1979 to 1990, Mr. Linden served as President of his namesake appraisal and inspection company, where he performed thousands of vintage & collector car appraisals, including pre-purchase and post-loss inspections. Mr. Linden has performed appraisals and valuations on Corvette’s through Duesenberg’s and on more than $125M worth of vintage & collector and concours-level motorcars in his career. Mr. Linden holds the USPAP designation as a Qualified Appraiser and also holds the Qualified PP Appraiser designation for Classic / Collector Vehicles from The Appraisers Association of America. Steve is the author of Car Collecting: Everything You Need to Know. He was the Founding Editor of Hemmings Classic Wheels and is also a regular Automotive Columnist for Newsday.
Mr. Linden currently sits on the N.A.D.A. (Antique, Classic, Collectible Car) Advisory Board and has appeared on TV programming as an expert resource, including: The BBC, Jay Leno’s Garage, Fox News and The Discovery Channel. As well as being a resource in print publications including: CNBC, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, AP, Money Magazine, Kiplinger’s Report, Newsday and syndicated radio.
Steve graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of NY at Stony Brook in 1980. He lives with his wife and child in Smithtown, New York and is an avid motorcar and motorcycle enthusiast.

Mr. John Crawley – Managing Director
Mr. John Crawley has more than 20 years of combined hedge fund, institutional financial sales, marketing, business development and FInTech startup experience. Mr. Crawley has been a Partner at Opposedsix, a vintage Porsche location, valuation and inspection consulting firm since 2011. From 2008 to 2010 John was Managing Director at Ridgeway Capital Group, responsible for capital introduction efforts across six global hedge funds and tasked with building out a U.S. marketing presence for the Geneva, Switzerland based firm. From 2007 to 2008 John was Director of Marketing at Perella Weinberg Partners, following their acquisition of Xerion Capital Partners. He was responsible for global capital introductions, fund marketing and investor relations for the Xerion Funds; securing institutional investor relationships from: FOF, Private Banks, Family Offices, Endowments & Foundations, Pension Plans and Sovereign Wealth Funds.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Crawley was Director of Marketing at Pirate Capital in an identical role to Xerion Capital Partners, and during that timeframe also served as Director of Business Development for HedgeWorld; responsible for global institutional client revenues, marketing, business development and strategic partnerships for the world’s largest hedge fund research site. From 1999 to 2001, John held two senior business development roles at FinTech startups; first at Sectorbase, where he marketed a hedge fund analyst designed quantitative black box model, enabling institutional buy side clients to analyze NYSE & NASDAQ listed companies down to their product level and later at IPO.com, where Mr. Crawley was responsible for sales, marketing and managing the ASP business groups revenue initiatives as well as the firms private placement partnership with SG Cowen.
From 1994 to 1999, John worked as a Sales Consultant for both Effron Enterprises Inc. and Rogers, Casey & Associates, both U.S. pension plan consulting firms. He was responsible for their respective institutional marketing and business development efforts and marketing their proprietary analytics and asset advisory services to global asset management firms. Mr. Crawley began his career in 1994 as a Sales Representative for Guardian Insurance Corporation of New York.
Responsible for a combined $750MM+ capital raise across two, $2.5B+ event driven/distressed credit hedge funds, John has been a valued senior Director and or equity owner during the sale of three privately held firms, including the sale of Xerion Capital Partners to Perella Weinberg Partners and HedgeWorld to Thomson Reuters. Mr. Crawley pursued a B.A. in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, MA in 1993. He lives in Westport, Connecticut and is an avid motorcar and motorcycle enthusiast.
Mr. Robert Minnick – Managing Director
Mr. Robert Minnick has more than 35 years of senior experience and expertise as an entrepreneur building, advising and investing in automobile related companies, with a successful history of launching early B2C & B2B firms. From 2009 to present Mr. Minnick serves as the Founder & CEO of RPM Group Ltd., an investment advisory and management consultancy firm with several auto related clients; including RxSpeed, a B2C internet based engine for aftermarket auto products. He co-founded Classic Auto Funds Ltd., one of the earliest classic car investment funds.
From 1997 to 2008 Robert was the Founder and CEO of M Group Inc., an early stage venture capital firm. Best Quote was a core position, and was a B2C portfolio company providing proprietary software to consumers to compare motorcycle insurance rates online. Later renamed Riderpoint, M Group transformed the company into an Internet based nationwide insurance agency.
From 1992 to 1997 Robert was a Founder and CEO of H&M Group, were he developed a credit card and associated financial programs for U.S. banks and insurance companies within the motor vehicle vertical, and in parallel, launched two portfolio companies: WPI Dealer Services, a subsidiary of H&M, provided F&I software programs to over 800 motorcycle dealers and created the first industry extended service contract program, allowing dealers to derive revenue from the initial contract and participate in overall program revenue. He also launched ICM Inc., another subsidiary, offering a series of affinity credit card programs in collaboration with MBNA, including the first ‘Rider Card’ Program for motorcycles, watercraft and snowmobiles.
From 1985 to 1992 Mr. Minnick was the Founder and CEO of ComponentGuard, a U.S. third party administrator for consumer electronics extended service contracts. His innovation essentially turned a paper service contracts into a tangible product that significantly increased warranty conversions and sales. ComponentGuard created the Double Warranty Program for American Express, as one of the first enhancement programs for the credit card industry, these programs set the stage for other credit card add on programs and helped create this business sector.
From 1981 to 1985 Robert began his career at Chrysler Military Sales, a division of Chrysler Corp, as SVP of Special Programs in Frankfurt, Germany. Robert was responsible for logistics and sales worldwide within the Army Air Force Exchange Service Network. Mr. Minnick was the first head of the Finance and Insurance Division and was responsible for dealers located on military bases throughout Europe and Japan. He later integrated the U.S. Service Network with the overseas AAFES network creating a global service contract network.
Robert graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 1971. He lives with his wife in Greenwich, Connecticut and is an avid motorcar enthusiast.
